Have a 2023 2500hd High Country. the puck system is a GM19419344 gooseneck system. What fifth wheel hitch works with that setup?

I would be happy to recommend a 5th wheel hitch for your 2023 Chevy Silverado 2500. I checked with GM the GM19419344 part number you gave me is the same as our Curt item # C60642. This isn't considered the puck system and gives you limited options since you have the shorter 6-3/4' bed.
I recommend the Curt CrossWing Lightweight Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter item # C32DR. This 5th wheel hitch attaches to the gooseneck ball of your Curt underbed system. The CrossWing has a 20,000 lbs weight capacity and has a 5" offset. It does not work with rotating pin boxes.
Another option would be to replace your 5th wheel trailer's pin box with a gooseneck adapter. This would allow you to connect your trailer directly to your Silverado's gooseneck ball. If you would like to explore this option I would just need you to email me the sticker on your pin box.
