To install a fifth wheel hitch that would be compatible with your existing Curt gooseneck hitch, I'd recommend using Curt X-5 adapter, part # C16210. This adapter will lock into a Curt Double-Lock, Flip and Store gooseneck hitches (C-60 and C-600 series). The adapter provides bed rails for a fifth wheel hitch that uses industry standard bed rails like Reese, Curt, Draw-Tite, Valley or Husky.
The Curt Q20, part # C16130 would be a good choice. The hitch has a 20,000 lb capacity and a dual jaw to hold the king pin tightly which helps reduce rattling caused by the king pin moving around in the hitch.
The B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch, part # BWRVK3500-5W is compatible with the # BWGNRK1111-5W B&W Turnover Ball Gooseneck Hitch only. Unfortunately it won't work with a Curt Gooseneck.
