Great question!

The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX2622 for your 2011 Ford Fiesta has a distance of 20" between the brackets while the Blue Ox Acclaim Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX4330 is compatible with brackets that are spaced 23" - 30" apart so we'll need to get you a different tow bar.

For your application I recommend going with the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates # e47ZR which will work with the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit and it stores on the hitch receiver of your motorhome. I also recommend picking up the Demco Tow Bar Storage Cover # DM9523042 and the Lock Kit # e86ZR to help protect your tow bar from the elements and discourage theft.

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.

Attached are some review videos for you to check out.

Yes, if you aren't set on the Blue Ox system then you can use the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # 524425-1 and the Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar # RM-501 as an alternative to the Blue Ox parts you were looking at above. Attached are videos on these parts as well.
