I would like to try the curt pin box you mentioned. Im attaching a pic of my ser#. Please let me know which one i need to order and i will get it placed immediately Thanks

Thank you for the all the info, I was able to determine that you have a Rhino Box bolt pattern so the correct replacement would be the Curt Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC65VR for your 2023 Grand Design Momentum 381MS. The Rhino box is quite a disappointment to most trailer owners so this new Flex Air will sit a bit lower and should help raise the nose of your trailer up to ride more level.
