have 21k Rhino hitch pin and I’m interested in the Morryde hitch pin. Which one is the correct one to get for my 2022 Sandpiper 321rl? And another question the GVRW is 13,600 why did they put a 21k hitch pin on?

Jerry to answer your second question first, they probably put it on to overcompensate for the GVWR to make sure that the pin box had plenty of capacity for the trailer.
For your first question, you can use the MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box for 18K to 21K Trailers w/ Lippert Rhino # MR55QR.
This will replace your current Lippert Rhino 21K pin box and has a bolt on install requiring no drilling.
