Yes, the Demco Trailer Stake Pocket Spare Tire Carrier # DM15884-52 will fit with rub rails on stake pockets. I have included a image showing the bracket mounted on this type of trailer. The bracket has a 4" offset so you will need to measure your 225/75R15 wheels and tires to determine if you have more than 4" of offset from the mounting face to the tire wall. You will need to measure this as wheels can have different offsets.
