Question:

Which flat tow system will work with activ 2022 spark. Per road master site Baseplate Kit 523202-5 will quote: Fits all with manual transmission-ACTIV okay. Your site says no. So I am confused. What do you recommend? Thanks

The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-523202-5 will fit and work just fine on your 2022 Chevy Spark with the ACTIV transmission. Roadmaster recently (as of December 2022) updated their system to say it's compatible with the ACTIV transmission so you're good to go now! We are in the process of getting everything updated on our end which is why you're seeing some conflicting opinions right now.

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
