If you have a front hitch installed ono your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 then you would not need anything else to use the Detail K-Summit Plow part # K2SUMM8826ELT that you referenced. If you do not have a front hitch we have the Curt part # C31071 that fits and would work great.
