How to Find Tail Light Functions on 2023 Chevy Equinox Premier for Flat Tow Light Wiring

I need help to wire my new 2023 Chevrolet Equinox Premier left and right tail light wiring for RV Flat Towing. The tail lights have one 6 pin connector, number 1, 2, 3 on the top row and 4, 5, 6 on the bottom row. Only 4 of the 6 pins are connected to wires on either side. The rt side light top row has Pin 1 has a black wire Pin 2 has a Brown/Green Strip wire Pin 3 is Blank Bottom Row Pin 4 has a Purple wire Pin 5 has plastic peg in it on wire Pin 6 has a Yellow/Black or Brown Strip wire The Left side tail light top row has: Pin 1 has a Black wire Pin 2 has a Yellow/Blue Stripe Pin 3 is Blank Bottom Row Pin 4 has White/Yellow Stripe wire Pin 5 has white plastic peg in it no wire Pin 6 has a Brown/Yellow Stripe wire How do I wire the 4 diodes to isolate the rv and car’s power while being tow behind the RV?

The correct wiring harness for flat towing your 2023 Chevy Equinox Premier will be the Smart Diode kit from Roadmaster. You need part # RM26FR if you have incandescent tail lights or part # RM38FR if you have LED tail lights.
To determine the correct wires to splice into you need to remove the clip from the tail light and then use a circuit tester like part # PTW2992 to check what functions are on each pin. Unfortunately we don't have a pin-out of what functions are on what wire as of yet (since we haven't installed one on a 2023 Equinox as of December 2022) so you'll have to test it on your end.
