I was able to locate Fan-Tastic Vent 8613-01, however that number came back to it being the document number of the manual which covered 8 different vent/fan options. If you can provide me with the model number of your vent (which can usually be found on a label somewhere on the vent) I can make more specific recommendations.
It sounds like nothing on your vent/fan is working, which likely indicates that it is not getting the power that it needs. Since you have checked the fuse and it is good, I would inspect the wiring for your fan and ensure that the power is making it to the fan.
If the power is not making it to the fan, you would need to follow the wiring and fix the problem area. I would also verify that the ground has not come loose.
If you have power at the fan and nothing is working, then it may be time for a replacement.

Again, let me know specifically what model you have and I would be happy to help further.
