Which Hellwig Rear Sway Bar Fits 2024 Ford F-350 FX4 Dually

Updated 10/12/2026 | Published 10/05/2026

Question:

Hi, I am looking to reduce some sway on my 2024 F-350 FX4 DRW lariat truck with a camper package when hauling my truck camper, specially in some turns or bumps, in/out parking lots. I just want to ensure this one would fit my truck being a DRW FX4, I do not see those options when filtering for my truck. Thanks,

Hey Tony, yes the Hellwig rear sway bar part # HE94FR is a confirmed fit for your 2024 Ford F-350 4WD dually and will do an excellent job reducing sway and improving handling when you have the camper installed as well as without it. Do you have any other suspension modifications already?

Yes,nevertheless the truck already has the oem camper package, I had decided to upgrade to the torklift upper spring balancer which reduced the sway drastically but still see it. This was regardless of not squating just a bery bad sway. The truck is rated for just <5500lbs and my camper loaded is over 4K. My main issue as already posted, going through bumps or in/out parking lots as I turn. I still have that sway which does not help; specially if off road.

@Tony 7320 is for 4 wheel drive versions of the truck like what you have so that would be the correct fit.

You will see the biggest difference in sway with the front sway bar . Add both front and rear bars you will see the biggest difference. It’s a great upgrade.

@ScottB great feedback! Normally we hear that the rear bar makes the biggest difference but both of them together is for sure a game changer!

Most people only put the rear swaybar on thinking the front factory swaybar is enough when it’s not .

@ScottB It can depend a little on the motorhome but generally it's not till you get the front and rear bar on that you really find out how much better it can handle.
