Question:
My new Rockwood Roo 21SS will come with a Suburban Elite griddle. I would like to know what I need to connect it to a 16 oz propane cylinder. FWIW, question #533674 answered by Michael R asked a similar question except that it addressed connecting to a 20 lb propane tank my question is about connecting to a 16 oz propane cylinder.

From what I can see there are a few different models with different connections, with the 3/8" male inverted flare (MIF) being the most common. If this is the case for you then you'll need the following parts:
The Propane Adapter Fitting # 37207-30225 will connect to the 3/8" fitting on your griddle. From there you'll connect the 1/4" male NPT fitting of the Quick Disconnect Propane Hose # 37207-31195 to it. The female 1/4" NPT of the quick disconnect on the other end of the hose will connect to the Disposable Propane Bottle Adapter # 37207-30185, which can then be screwed onto your disposable 16oz bottles.
You'll want to use some thread sealant # 37207-30555 as well to ensure a leakproof connection.
