Hi, what are the recommended parts for Flat Towing a 2022 Chevy Tahoe Z71? There are red tow hooks in the front of the vehicle, is there a tow bar that I can use to hook up to them?

Thanks for reaching out! The basics for towing a vehicle includes a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter.
For your 2022 Chevy Tahoe Z71 I recommend the following parts:
Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - # BLU54VR
Roadmaster Nighthawk Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates - # RM-677 (with safety cables)
Towing Combo Kit - # RM-9284-2
Automatic Battery Disconnect - # RM-766
Brake System - Part # DM86VR (motorhome hydraulic brakes) OR part # DM26VR (motorhome air brakes)
High-Low Adapter - See attached article (bracket height is 19-1/2")
I like the Blue Ox base plate kit because it's a little more subtle than some of the other systems and then the Nighthawk tow bar and towing combo kit get you the rest of the connections you need. The auto battery disconnect makes disconnecting your battery (which you need to do to flat tow) as simple as flipping a switch and then the brake systems permanently install but they're out of the way so you don't know they are there normally.
No matter which base plate kit you install you will need to remove the front tow hooks as he base plates install in the same locations.
