The Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519342 is the base plate that will fit your 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe. I recommend using the Demco Excali-Bar III Non-Binding Tow Bar # DM9511013 to connect your Tahoe to the tow vehicle.

You will need the Demco 4-Diode Universal Towed Vehicle Wiring Kit # DM9523010-54 to allow your Tahoe tail lights to function so that you do not have to use magnetic lights that tend to easily get damaged. A Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect # RM-766 will allow you to easily push a button to disconnect your battery from inside the cab. This is much easier than having to open the hood to disconnect and reconnect the battery every time you hook up or disconnect.

You will need a braking system and for that I recommend the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This proportional braking system will allow the brakes on your Tahoe to operate while in tow to prevent abuse on your tow vehicle. The included remote allows for you to monitor the braking system from your tow vehicle and make adjustments while you drive.
