Replacement 4-Leaf Slipper Spring Measuring 25" Long

Question:

I need a set of 25 inch x1 3/4 4 leaf slipper spring forms boat trailer an it has radius end will the flat work or it has to be radius.

It can be a flat end as long as the flat part is long enough that it can reach past the wet bolt just fine.

For your application it looks like the 4-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Radius End for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles # e69SR is the closest that we have as it's a 4-leaf slipper spring with a radius end rated for 2K trailer axles. The only catch is that it measures 24-5/8" from the center of the eye to the very end of the spring.

Since the length is only off by 3/8" though this might still be what you're looking for. If you're measuring your leaf spring while it's under a load then this will cause it to flatten out some which would account for the slightly longer length. I recommend jacking up one side of your trailer frame so the tire is off the ground and then try measuring the leaf spring when no weight is on it to see how that changes things.
