Question:
I have a 2012 f350 srw. I have a bandw turnover ball in bed. When using the regular companion I come close to toolbox and back window when I turn. Im also close to the sides on my bed. What would you suggest? The companion slider?

My first suggestion is to assemble the Companion hitch that you have so that it is in the furthest back position. I have included a picture that illustrates the furthest back position for the Companion hitch.
If that is currently how you have the hitch assembled or if you change it and there is still not enough clearance then you can install the slider base and use the same head that you already have.
The slider base by itself is # BWRVB3405 rated for 20,000 pounds.
