I took a look at the Inno Velo Gripper Bike Rack for Truck Beds - C-Channel Mount # INRT202 that you mentioned, and it does not look like it is going to fit your 2022 Toyota Tacoma, however I do have another alternative.
Instead, check out the:

This bike rack will mount into the bed of your truck bed and will fit bikes with a 12-mm or 15-mm thru-axle up to 110-mm wide.
