I do have a solution, but the # CIP38MR do not have cutouts to accommodate the lights and cameras on your factory mirrors. Instead, I recommend the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors # KS80930. These feature a snap on installation and have cutouts so you will retain the functionality of the side mirror lights and cameras on your 2022 Silverado 1500 RST.
