The Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # TH43002XT-781 attaches to the top of your Silverado's bed by installing directly into the stake pockets. There is an included adapter nut that will have to be used to install the rear uprights.

This system requires no drilling to install the sliding base rails. I have linked a screenshot of the instructions below along with an installation video so you can see the steps involved.
