Will The BandW Headache Rack work with a tool box that sits on the bed rails? 2003 Dodge 2500 Long Bed

Yes, we have seen people fit crossover style tool boxes like you have on top of the B and W Headache Rack part # BWPUCP7520BA that you referenced. You'd need to position the box so that the lid can still open though.
