Troubleshooting No Power To The Tekonsha T-One Harness On A 2016 Honda Pilot
Published 09/28/2022 >
Question:
Installed the 118760 on my 2016 Honda Pilot Touring with back up sensors the kit is grounded and all fuses installed. I have connected the T-One® Connector harness into the vehicle’s Tow-Plug harness where does the single blue wire go. Since I read that If the vehicle is equipped with accessory back-up sensor, connect white connector with single blue wire from T-One® Connector into mating connector. Please advise

If you do not have a mating connector that matches the blue wire on the:
-T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118760 then you can simply ignore the wire and move on.
You're also going to want to ensure that your ground is secured to a clean, bare metal piece. This is often the most common place there is error and what causes things to not work as they should.
Since this is a plug-and-play wiring harness, there really is not too much going into the installation. Other than ensuring everything is plugged into the right places, and the ground is connected properly you should be good to go.
If you're still going having issues, let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot. I have also included an installation video for you to check out as well.
