For a replacement I recommend the Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator # DX83FR. Your UFP GDC-70 is the same as the A-70, and this actuator is a direct replacement for the UFP A-60 and A-70. This fits 3" x 5" straight tongues and is designed for drum brakes. If you want a manual lockout you will also need the # DX94FR. If you would like an electric lockout you would need to add the # # T4748800.
