I have an axle with Fayette Dayton 9254 w-5 Max dia. 12.040 in markings. I need both sides brake assembly. Can you help?

To replace your 12" brakes I recommend checking out the 7K TruRyde Electric Trailer Brake Kit # TRU96FR or the 5.2K - 7K Hydraulic Trailer Brake Kit # AKUBRK-7 depending on what kind of braking system you have. You'll also need the Mounting Hardware Kit # BRKH12 to complete your installation.
According to my research the Fayette Dayton axles are older and some obsolete so I also recommend comparing the brake mounting flange bolt pattern in the attached photo for our brake assemblies to what you have on your axle to verify these match up.
