Comparing Discontinued Sidewinder Repair Kits # RP86005 and # RP94316
Updated 08/08/2024 | Published 03/08/2017 >
Question:
What exactly is the difference between kit # RP86005 and #RP94316 besides price ? I can see that the description says one is for use on 16,000lb and the other is for 16,000 or 19,000 but they look to be the same kit unless there is some difference in the materials they are made of.

Repair kit # RP94316 is designed for 5th Airborne Sidewinders whereas # RP86005 is for 16k and 19k Sidewinders only, not the air ride models. The kits are very similar though because a lot of the parts are the same or similar. But I advise using the kit for the type of Sidewinder you have to ensure compatibility.

I have purchased a 5th airborne sidewinder from you last year, was never to happy with the noise and adjustments getting loose. I have done all the online tips. I would like to order a rp94316 rebuild kit. How do I go about ordering? Thanks
