Question:

Hello, I am trying to find a replacement for my boat trailer jack. It has a bracket that is 4 wide 1200lb capacity, one large nut that bolts it on. I have pictures if it helps.

I have a couple options for you to consider as no one makes a jack that will bolt on in place with your Shelby 4587 jack bracket you have welded to your frame.

First the Round Swivel Marine Jack w/ Wheel # MJ-1200B is the closest we have to the design of your jack. This will bolt to your trailer frame either just behind your current welded jack bracket or you can have the bracket cut off and install the jack in the same place.

The Xtreme Off-Road Swing-Up Trailer Jack w/ Dual Wheels # ORJW750D has a higher capacity at 1,650lbs. It is also easier to use as you can raise and lower the jack quickly with the adjustable mount. The wheels can also be locked in different directions if you park your trailer on a slight slope and want to prevent it from rolling. The rubber wheels are also more forgiving on small rocks that would be an issue for nylon wheels.
