When it comes to replacing hub/drum assembly on your LCI axle model # LCI35-SB-86.5-68.5-NOSP-OS-L-655-7278-30PT-3-GAWR you will need The Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K.
The hub/drum has a sturdy iron construction and includes Inner Bearing # L68149 and Outer Bearing # L44649. The hub has a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern, and is compatible with standard axles from most manufacturers, including Dexter and Lippert (LCI).
The bearings, races, grease seal, grease cap, and lug nuts are included. If you need new brakes these hubs work with 10 inch brake assemblies like The Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # K23-462-463-00.
