Redarc Plug & Play Harness For Tow-Pro Liberty On a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn New Body Style

Question:

Is the TPH-020 the correct harness for my truck and the RedArc tow pro liberty? I know that’s the one for the classic but not sure about mine being a new body Also is it really as simple as plugging the harness in and mounting the unit and the remote part and hooking up to a trailer and away you go?

Yes, the Redarc Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness # 331-TPH-020 is the correct harness for adding the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR to your 2020 Ram 1500 Bighorn. The Universal Mounting Panel # 331-TPSI-001 can be used for a more factory look.

Yes, you will be able to connect it with the harness and be ready for towing, unless you previously had a factory brake controller. If you had a factory controller your truck will need to be flashed by a dealer to remove the programming for that controller in the ECU.
