Question:

Will this fit a 2022 forest river cobalt 36bhq and if not is there an adapter. Pin box is a Lippert 1621.

Thanks so much for that info, and yes, because your 2022 Forest River Sabre Cobalt 36BHQ has a Lippert 1621 pin box, the Gen-Y Hitch 5th Wheel to Gooseneck is a fit. The correct part number is the following:

- Gen-Y Hitch 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # GY58GR

Along with the pin box, the only other thing you need are safety chains, part # GY49GR.
