Question:

Does kit come with everything I need to do a complete install on 2017 Ford Focus? Second question? I already have a RM lighting wiring kit I have been using with RM even brake. can i just tie into that wiring with the Demco sysytem?

Let's start with the wiring kit question, and yes you can use your current Roadmaster tow bar lighting kit, it won't affect the use of the Demco system. And to answer your other question, yes, everything that is required for the installation is included with the the Stay-IN-Play braking system, which is the following part number:

The only thing I recommend considering - if you don't already have one - is a charge line kit to keep your battery charged while it's being flat towed, the Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25.

You made a really nice choice upgrading to the Stay-IN-Play Duo # DM86VR because it gives your tow vehicle braking proportional to that of your motorhome. So when you hit the brakes on your motorhome, your Focus is going to get the same amount of braking power, resulting in consistently smoother braking.
