Question:

I have a 2012 viking pop up camper. We have had 2 blow outs in 2 years. When we go camping we usually travel 800 miles round trip with our camper. Right now we have 4.8x12, 4 lug, bias ply tires. Should upgrade to 5.3x12 radials or 4.8x12 radials, both with a load rating of C?

I would go with the Taskmaster trailer tire part # TT53012C which is a 5.30-12 tire size because it is a radial which is preferred over the bias ply you have now, it has a higher weight capacity and speed capacity which will help prevent the blow outs you've been having as long as you inflate the tires to 80 psi when cold. These also have a 2 year warranty as well.
