I just purchased a 2019 mercedes sprinter 2500 and am going to be putting a 1000 lb steamer and a 250 gallon water tank and am just looking for a little less squat and sway.

I have a couple options for you that are application specific for your 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500. These are the systems for the different types of drive and suspension types I recommend using.
First the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3620 fits 2wd vans that have a single blade rear leaf spring.
