If the Furrion DV3100 RV Stereo is not showing up in your phone's available Bluetooth device list then press and hold the Bluetooth button to get it to show up in your list. Once it shows up you should be able to click on it and enter in the password "0000".
If it's not showing up or is and entering in the password still isn't getting you connected then you'll want to pull the fuse on the back of the unit to let it reset and try the pairing steps again. If resetting the unit doesn't solve the issue then the stereo may have an internal issue that you wouldn't be able to fix and would instead requirement replacement.
I recommend the newer model, the # DV3300SBL, which can play Bluetooth audio as well instead of just giving you hands-free calling like your DV3100.
