How do I do a hard restart on my Jenson satellite radio/cd player

Expert Reply:
To perform a hard reset on your Jensen Stereo like the Double DIN # JWM60A you will just need to locate the small recessed hole/button on the front of the unit (see picture for example). Use the tip of a ball point pen or similar object like a paperclip to press the reset button. This will return the unit to its factory settings and hopefully clear any errors or issues you're having.
I'm not sure if the # JWM60A is what you actually have but any of the Jensen stereos will have a similar interface. Just let me know if you continue to have issues!
