If your current axle has 89" hub face and 74" spring center measurements then yes, the Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs - 4" Drop - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern # e72GR can be used as a replacement but you'll also need to swap out your U-Bolt setup for the CE Smith U-Bolt Kit # CE23002 since you'll be changing from a square axle to a round axle.
