Hi, Im looking at the Rhino-Rack XTray Pro Cargo Basket and 2 Bike Carrier. But also wanted an awning. Is there anyway to attach the awning to that basket? Even if I have to do some minor retrofitting? Thanks,

I have a solution for you but the awnings all mount on the crossbars so there is no way to attach one to the Rhino-Rack XTray Pro Cargo Basket and 2 Bike Carrier item # RRRMCB03. The basket is 58-1/4" long x 41" wide and the Yakima SlimShady Awning item # Y36VR will take up at least 4-1/2" on the crossbars. It depends on what size roof rack your 2005 Subaru Forester has but the listed crossbars for your vehicle are 46" long. I don't think they will fit together and it would be better for you to go with a smaller basket like the Steel Cargo Basket item # RMCB which is only 35" wide. Then you will have room for the Yakima SlimShady Awning item # Y36VR which fits nearly all round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars.
