Parts Needed to Use Kuat Bike Rack on 2022 Ford F-350 With 3 Inch Receiver

Question:

I have purchased 1 fixed 4 inch and a fixed 6 inch ball mount. These cover my need except for a Kuait bicycle rack which has a 2 x 2 square tube attachment. It has a knob that tightens the rack to the hitch by force a ball into the side if the hitch. The truck came with a 3 inch to 2.5 inch adapter. I am thinking for this application a 2.5 to 2 inch adapter will suffice.Carry the 100 pound rack and 4 bicycles at 25 a piece is nothing in the weight category. Which 2.5 to 2 inch or 3 inch to inch adapters will work with my factory hitch and or adapter?

What I would recommend is the Kuat Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeve - 2-1/2" to 2" Hitch # KU93VR. This can be used with your current hitch reducer and will still allow your anti-rattle wedge to engage.

However, it is likely you will need a new locking hitch pin since the one you have is designed for a 2" hitch. If you don't already have a locking hitch pin for the 3" receiver on your 2022 F-350 you can use the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 63259.
