Question:

We have not been able to get the system to work. We get all the visual options but no sound is produced. We have referred to answers you have provided to others and have tried the options offered : pressing and holding the AUX option for more than six seconds, unplugging the power cord and still nothing. Any other suggestions please.

The Furrion RV Soundbar w/ Bluetooth # FSB2N25MCBL requires 12 volts DC to properly operate so lets start by checking that it's actually getting 12v with a multimeter # PT89ZR. Next check the ground connection and ensure that it's either ground directly to bare metal or into a distribution panel with a ground bar.

Once we know the power and ground are good the next step is to check the connections to your speakers and tv. If speaker wires aren't getting a good connection then it will not play through the soundbar. If the AV cords are in the correct input then your tv sound would also not come through.

You can also try running an HDMI cable from the soundbar to your stereo system or tv to test if it's just a bad soundbar.
