Question:

We purchased an rv that has the 2 zone sound bar speaker installed. We cannot get the TV or DVD player to have sound through the sound bar.

The Furrion RV Soundbar w/ Bluetooth # FSB2N25MCBL uses RCA cables # DG52486PB to connect to the other electronics so you could have a bad cable or lose connection. I recommend first checking the cables to see if they are fully pushed on and that there isn't any kinks or damage to the cables. If they are fully pressed in for full contact and you aren't receiving sound then the cables could just be bad and need to be replaced. You can use cables like the # DG52486PB to replace your current ones. If new cables are used and fully connected and you still do not have sound on your sound bar then the soundbar is the issue and you'll need to contact Furrion for repair.
