In process of purchasing a Salem Hemisphere 36 FL. I need help ing proper hitch. I own a 2022 Chevy 3500 with puck system installed. Im interested in the companion series hitches. Thank you in advance.

B&W makes a great hitch and are widely known as the best brand in the towing business. For your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500's puck system you will want the B&W Companion item # BWRVK3710. This hitch has a 20,000 lbs capacity and will drop down into your pucks for an easy install. The Companion has 1" thick dual jaws that not only provide a secure grip but also help to prevent chucking and jarring. This not only makes towing more comfortable it's also quieter than other 5th wheel hitches.
If you truck is a short bed you will need a slider. For that you will want the B&W Companion item # BWRVK3775. The slider has the same towing capacity and gives you 12" of travel from front to back.
The B&W Companion weighs over 150 lbs the Companion Slider weighs 250 lbs. If that's not something you're interested in moving by yourself and don't want to have to rely on someone to help you then I recommend purchasing the B&W 5th Wheel Lifting Device for Companion and Patriot Hitches item # BWRVXA3130. This heavy duty steel tool lets you lift your B&W 5th-wheel hitch from your truck bed with a hoist. The 5th-Wheel jaws clamp around the device for a secure grip.
Don't forget your lube plate. The Lube Plate for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10" Diameter item # RP83002 will prevent scratches on your fifth-wheel's skid plate and ease trailer hookup.
