Parts Needed to Change Trailer Brakes From Hydraulic to Electric

I have a 2003 Trailstar tandem axle boat trailer VIn: XXXX with surge brake actuator and calipers, pads and rotors on both axles. The trailer is already set up with the 7-way and I have a factory installed brake controler in the cab of my 2018 F-150. I would like to convert to full electric brakes. I dont have the measurement for the mounting plate behind the spindles on the axle but I can get it. The GVWR for the trailer is 6600 pounds, and Max load capacity is 5100 pounds. What all will I need to convert the trailer to electric? Thanks

I don't have the exact specs for your trailer (as I don't have those readily available) but from the information given I would guess that your tandem axles are both rated for 3,500 lbs so I'll let you know the parts you need for that and if you end up finding something different just let me know and I'll be happy to change those parts if necessary.
Electric Trailer Brake Kit - # AKEBRK-35-SA (you need 1 per axle)
Hub and Drum Assembly with 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern - # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K (2 per axle if bolt pattern matches)
Hub and Drum Assembly with 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern - # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K (2 per axle if bolt pattern matches)
Bright Way Push-to-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit - # 3802346
10 Gauge Wire - # DW02508-1 (sold by foot)
Heat Shrink Butt Connectors - # DW05745-10
You'll want to lock out your hydraulic actuator coupler and then you need 1 brake kit per axle and then 2 of the hub and drum assemblies per axle - be sure you choose the one with the matching bolt pattern for your wheels. The breakaway kit is needed for emergency situations if the trailer becomes uncoupled. The wiring will need to run from your 7-Way down one side of the trailer and then you'll have sections that cross over to the other side of the axles to connect the corresponding brake assemblies on your axles so you need to do a little math prior to purchasing. The heat shrink connectors seal the connections so you don't have to worry about the elements getting to them.
