I have an FRFIC23348CR6 latch I need a replacement the height of the hole is 4 9/16 on the inner diameter high and 2 3/4 wide. Nothing on the site is that tall

I think I have a solution for you in the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit, # 295-000021 for white or, # 295-000019 for black. This latch kit measures 3.47" wide x 4.28" tall, fits doors that are 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" thick, and installs into cutouts that are 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall.
Fitment of entry door latches are not tight tolerance. A significant gap can exist and still work just fine. I suggest you compare the measurements of the lock I have recommended against that of your currently installed component for fitment.
