Can Dexter 1,000 psi Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator be Used With Disc Brakes

I currently have 12k hydraulic drum brakes with the 1000 psi Dexter unit. I am looking to upgrade to disc brakes. Will this actuator still work for disc brakes without having to change to 1600psi unit?

The 1,000 psi Dexter DX Series Electric Over Hydraulic Brake Actuator for Drum Brakes # K71-651 cannot be used with disc brakes, you would need an electric over hydraulic actuator with 1,600 psi. Disc brakes have more overall stopping power and are more consistent than drum brakes, which requires higher hydraulic pressure than a drum brake actuator.
So you will need the 1,600 psi electric over hydraulic disc brake actuator:
