I got this Curt harness for my 2022 Silverado 2500. Is there a way to fit this 7-way to the hole in the bed without leaving a strange hole above the connector for water and debris to get into?

You will need the Curt 7-Way Opening Cover Plate # C29CR when installing the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56000 on your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. This cover plate will fit in the oval opening in your truck be and allow you to use your Curt 7-way without having an additional opening.
