Thank you for the pictures, you have a Curt Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box - 19,000lbs # LC176440 with a 1116 bolt pattern so the Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1116 - 21,000lbs # LC155943 you were wanting to install will be a compatible fit.

I checked with Lippert and the pin box you have is a 1116 style pin box with a 21k capacity so the correct cushioned pin box is the Trailair part #LC155943.
