Correct Dimensions of MORryde Locking RV Storage Box

Question:
Mike who does the demo on this box tells us box is 25 1/2 inches wide. Product review on website says MORryde box is 27 1/2 inches wide. Which measurement is correct?

The difference is between just the MORryde Locking RV Storage Box # MR43RR and when you add the brackets at their widest setting.
Just the box measures 25-3/4" but when you add the mounting brackets is when you'll see that 27-3/4" width that you mentioned.
I'm attaching a photo to demonstrate this as well as the video Michael made on the box.
