The only hitches made for the 2019 Ford Fiesta Sedan are Class I with a 1-1/4" receiver like the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # 24910. This hitch can be used for Class I accessories or a ball mount for light towing. You will not be able to use an adapter to convert this to a 2" hitch. Even if you could, the use of an adapter would reduce the already low capacity by 50%.

If you wanted the hitch for a bike rack, a good Class I compatible option is the Thule Hitching Post Pro - Folding Tilting 4 Bike Rack w Anti-Sway - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH934XTR. If you need a ball mount for towing you could use the # 3594 along with the # 19256 for a 1-7/8" ball or # 19258 for a 2" ball. For wiring you would need the # 118766.
