Question:
Ive got a BW Companion hitch in the bed of my truck. I need to get some mulch so I took it out. How do you guys plug up the hole when you want to use the bed of your truck to haul something loose? I was thinking of just taping some cardboard over it? There has to be a smarter way though!

Great question!
There are a couple of options for covering up the gooseneck hole on a B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch and the correct part just depends on if you will have the hitch ball in the stowed position or completely removed:
Cover for Stowed Hitch Ball - # BWGNXA1710
Cover for Empty Socket - # BWGNXA1715
Since you're removing the Companion 5th wheel hitch it sounds like you need the Empty Socket # BWGNXA1715 cover.
Attached is a review video for you to check out.
