We have a 4 foot section of 1/2 inch propane hose with part # 100383-48-MBS and we also have a 5 foot section with part # 37207-31475 but we do not have a 4-1/2 foot long section.

Most regulators like the part #CAM59005 have an inlet of 1/4 inch SAE and an outlet of 3/8 NPT. It would be out of the ordinary if your tank to regulator wasn't 1/4 inch SAE inverted flare. Part #CAM59053 has this style of fittings on both sides.…
