We are wondering if this fan is both an intake and exhaust or simply an exhaust. We cant get clarification on the Maxxfan site or yours. Can you help? Thanks

The MaxxFan Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00A04301K is actually exhaust only.
However, if you're wanting the exhaust & intake version, then you'll want the:
-MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat # MA00-04000K.
