Options For Replacing A Lid Cover On A Ventline Northern Breeze BVB0568-01

Question:

Hello, I am looking for a replacement vent lid cover for a northern breeze by ventline. This vent has a large fan and the track on the cover is not centered. The track to lift the cover is on the side. The replacement part number on the cover is VB0568. It also says ventline as-13minch on the cover. However, everything I am finding online has the track in the center. If this info helps it is installed in a 2008 Jayco Jay Flight 31BHDS. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Nick

Thank you for the pictures. I do have a potential solution for you, but the Ventline northern breeze has been discontinued. We actually used to sell them here. The last one we sold was in 2018. I know this is not what you were hoping to hear, but replacement pats may be near impossible to find. At this point I recommend replacing the entire vent assembly.

If you are in need of a new vent, a good replacement is the MaxxFan roof vent # MA00A04301K. This will be pretty similar to what you have in there now. This has a 4 speed fan and can also be used as a ceiling fan to circulate air when the cover is closed. It will install into a 14" x 14" opening, which is the standard size for roof vents. Swapping them out should not be terribly difficult. No drilling will be required but you will need to re-seal the roof. We offer an install kit specifically for this purpose # 344270KITW. This includes screws, butyl tape and roof sealant.

I have a link to an install vireo below if you want to take a look.
